François DE CASTRO, founding partner
François DE CASTRO has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002 after having been an auditor for the Transparence Group and then part of the legal management team of the Vinci Group. He began his career as a lawyer with the KIEJMAN & MAREMBERT law firm.
François DE CASTRO then cofounded the TEMIME ET ASSOCIES law firm in 2008.
Since then, he has been perfecting his skills in various aspects of criminal law, notably with regard to business, finance and health.
He has also perfecting practices in civil and commercial litigations and in press law.
François DE CASTRO has acted in numerous high-profile criminal cases such as Afer, Marionnaud, Cercle de Jeux Cadet and Mediator (for whom he has represented Les Laboratoires Servier and some of its executives for several years).
François DE CASTRO frequently deals with international litigation such as Libor and Euribor benchmark rigging cases.
